I would like to inspire a 'healthy lifestyle' which will be a definition of how you should live if you want to get the healthiest body you can—one that both looks good and feels good. A healthy person doesn't smoke, tries to maintain a healthy weight, eats healthy foods with plenty of fruits, vegetables and fiber and, of course, exercises on a regular basis.
Most of my life I have been struggling with my weight, struggling to find the right diet plan, struggling to get in shape! Now I realize I shouldn't have! If you want to stick to your diet plan, than you should love your diet plan, you should enjoy the food you eat, enjoy cooking healthy meals for yourself, enjoy your exercise knowing the benefits you'll have from all of it! I have tried lots of diets, lots of healthy diets that is, until I created my own plan based on the things I like.
I would like to share that with you so you can see that you are not alone in your struggle, someone has already been there just like you!
