Keto chocolate heaven!

Do you have a sweet tooth? I do!

When I started the ketogenic diet, my main concern was how am I suppose to endure not eating fruit and chocolate? Well, fruit is not allowed, except avocado and berries, but as far as the chocolate deserts go, I found a solution! I make them myself! There are really lots of online recipes of various desserts and believe me, all are delicious and KETO!




I found this recipe online,gave it a go and loved it!

I used:

*Stevia

*Coconut Oil

*Butter *Cocoa powder

*Cream Cheese

*Vanilla Extract


Chocolate Base Ingredients

1 stick butter

8 oz cream cheese softened

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup cocoa powder

2/3 cup Stevia

walnuts or berries

Melt the butter, then add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mash with a fork until combined. Combine cocoa powder and Stevia, then add your cream cheese/butter mixture.

Mix on low with a hand mixer until well-combined and fluffy. The mixture will be very thick. Spread evenly in a pan (I used an 8x6x2 glass pan), then place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Add the walnuts or berries in the mixture.

Chocolate Topping Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut oil melted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

5 tbsp cocoa powder

5 tbsp Stevia

Mix all ingredients. (Note that the coconut oil should be melted, and the topping should be made right before adding it to the base; otherwise, it will begin to firm up.)


How to Make the Final Dessert

Remove chocolate base from freezer. If there are any ridges on the top, smooth them a bit with the back of a spoon.Pour chocolate topping on top, as evenly as possible, tilting the pan if necessary. Some of the base may melt slightly and give the top a fun chocolate swirl.Cut into pieces and enjoy!
